What this site keeps about you
Nothing that identifies you, unless you ask Chris to follow up. Here is exactly what is counted, what is kept, and how to have it deleted.
Every visit
No cookies. Each page view is counted, and so is each answered Ask Chris question, each click on the email or LinkedIn links, each share and each follow-up request. With each one, the site keeps:
- the time, the page, and what happened
- the invite code in the link you arrived on, if there was one
- the name of the site that sent you (for example www.google.com), never the full address
- the utm tags in the link, if there were any
- your country, as Cloudflare reports it
- a random id that lives only in this browser tab, and is gone when you close it
Never kept: your IP address (it's used for a moment only, to stop one visitor sending too many requests), cookies, or anything about your browser or device.
Ask Chris
Your questions are sent to Anthropic's Claude, the AI that writes the answers. The conversation stays in this browser tab, and is cleared when you close the tab or press Start over. CJM Tech Services doesn't keep it, unless you send it with a follow-up request.
If you ask Chris to follow up
Only if you send the "Want Chris to follow up?" form, the site keeps:
- your name, and the email address or phone number you give
- your company and what you need help with, if you fill them in
- the conversation, only if you tick "Include this conversation"
- when you sent it, and the visit details above (the invite code, the site that sent you and the utm tags), so Chris knows how you found the site
Chris uses it only to reply to you. It isn't sold or shared. Chris gets a Slack message with your name, company, what you need and how you found the site; never your email address, phone number or conversation.
It's kept for 12 months after your last contact with Chris, then deleted automatically, unless you become a client.
Seeing or deleting it
Email [email protected] or call (516) 253-1299 and ask. Chris will tell you what's kept about you, or delete it.
Where it's kept
In a Cloudflare database that only Chris can open, behind a login.
